Set up your store
Four easy steps. You only paste your Sifalo keys — then two guided clicks in Shopify.

Open setup in a new tab
1. Install the app
Approve access on Shopify. Takes about 10 seconds.
Your store address
Looks like cool-shop.myshopify.com — from Settings in Shopify.
Install with Shopify
If you see “refused to connect”, open this link in a new browser tab :Copy link
3. Finish in Shopify
First add the payment method (required). The Pay button usually appears by itself after Install.
○ App installed
○ Sifalo keys saved
○ Payment method added
○ Pay button works on thank-you (usually automatic)
A. Add payment method (required)
Open Payments → Manual payment methods → Add. Paste these:
Name
Sifalo Pay — Mobile Money & Card
Copy name
Payment instructions
After placing your order, click Pay now with Sifalo Pay on the thank-you page to complete payment.

B. Show the Pay button
Usually automatic after Install — you can skip this and go straight to a test order.
Only if you place an order and do not see a blue Pay now with Sifalo Pay button:
Click Open Thank you editor below
If you see Sifalo Pay Thank You on the left → click Save
If you do not see it → click + Add → Sifalo Pay Thank You → Save

4. Place a $1 test order, choose Sifalo Pay, then click Pay now with Sifalo Pay .
Having trouble? Contact Sifalo
Message Sifalo with your store address and which step failed.
If Shopify says the app belongs to a different organization , ask Sifalo for a new Install link for your store — do not reuse a test-store link.
Staff-only fallback: manual Admin token connect .
